Job summary
White Lift Services, part of the Complii Group, is seeking an experienced Lift Technician to join our engineering team. The role is predominantly field-based, covering a wide range of makes and models to diagnose faults, complete advanced repairs, and assist commissioning while ensuring lifts stay safe and operational.
From day one you’ll work in the field with engineers and management, mentoring colleagues, sharing technical knowledge, and helping identify recurring issues to strengthen
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in lift industry with fault diagnosis across electrical, mechanical and control systems.
- NVQ4 Lift Engineering preferred; NVQ3 considered with advanced capability.
- Experience with drives, PCBs, and lift control systems and knowledge of current lift regs.
Responsibilities
- Carry out advanced fault-finding and repairs across various lift makes/models.
- Attend high-priority, high-risk jobs and provide on-site technical guidance.
- Support lift modernization, installation projects, and commissioning activities.
- Mentor and coach engineers to build capability and share knowledge.
