Job summary

White Recruitment Construction is seeking a Lift Technician to join a growing team covering London and the surrounding areas. You will work alongside experienced engineers, provide on-site technical support, and help ensure lift equipment is maintained and operating safely.

The role involves hands-on technical work, site visits, engineer support, and communication with manufacturers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced lift professional to develop further and progress within the

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or a relevant lift qualification is required.
• Previous experience within the lift industry.
• Good understanding of lift equipment and systems.
• Able to assist with mechanical and electrical fault finding.
• Comfortable working on customer sites and travelling throughout London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with installation, servicing, maintenance and repair work.
• Attend customer sites across London and surrounding areas.
• Carry out technical site visits and inspections.
• Support engineers with fault finding and technical issues.
• Liaise directly with lift manufacturers and suppliers regarding equipment and technical queries.
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete site reports and technical documentation.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service.
• Work closely with engineers and the wider technical team.
