Wellburn Care Homes is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 29-bed care home providing residential care for elderly residents with dementia. You will ensure health and safety compliance, safeguarding, and staff leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A full driving licence and flexible approach are essential. You will be responsible to the registered provider for day-to-day running, regulatory compliance, and maintaining high care standards while promoting

• Oversee day-to-day running of the home for 29 residents.

• Lead staffing planning, induction, supervision and training.
• Budget and resource management to keep the home financially viable.
