Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking experienced HGV1 drivers to join DHL International at Colnbrook near Heathrow. You will trunk freight to and from UK airports and perform daily vehicle checks.

40 hours weekly with AM/PM/Flexi shifts, 0200-0500 and 1800-2300 starts. Full training, pension and access to perks at work are provided; aviation security certificate required or willingness to complete during vetting.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 driving licence required.
• Aviation Security certificate (Level D) or willingness to complete during vetting.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

As we work at an airport regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority, all applicants must:

Valid UK Class 1 driving license

Previous Class 1 driving experience - desired but not essential

Have a

5-year work history that can be checked (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference)

Provide a

5-year address history

Have

valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card)

No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences

No DR, DD, IN offences

Licence/Certification:

Full

UK Driving Licence, [Category CE] (required)

A current

Aviation Security certificate (formerly Level D), or willingness to complete the course during vetting (paid for by us)
