Qualifications

• Background in building maintenance related to heating, ventilation and related infrastructure.
• Excellent customer service skills with clear on-site communication.
• Relevant trade qualifications or apprenticeship in heating engineering or plumbing (e.g., NVQ/City & Guilds).
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards and best practices.
• Full valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for on-site work.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate service records.
