Job summary

First Fence Limited is seeking a Yard Supervisor to oversee yard duties, ensure orders are picked and labelled correctly, and maintain a safe, well-organised depot environment for timely deliveries.

You will support the Depot Manager, develop in the role and drive high standards of customer service while adhering to Health and Safety regulations and company policies.

Our yard operatives are multiskilled and carry out a variety of yard duties while ensuring orders are picked, labelled correctly and on time ready for delivery. This is a physically demanding role in a busy depot where Health and Safety regulations will be adhered to at all times. You play a vital role in ensuring excellent standards of service are provided. We require someone who wants to develop and progress within this role to Yard Supervisor.
