Job Description:

The successful candidate will support the organization of large and small events, including weddings, parties, private dining, and golf days, in a beautiful setting within a 17th Century Mansion.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and delivering events
• Ensuring function room setups match event requirements and standards
• Responding promptly to event needs and resolving issues to enhance guest experiences
• Hosting pre- and post-event briefings
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in event and storage areas
• Ensuring security and maintenance of all function rooms, reporting issues as needed
• Building professional rapport with members, guests, and staff
• Leading a small team to deliver smaller events with effective communication and attention to detail

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year, depending on experience
