Job summary

Crosby Composites Limited is seeking experienced laminators at our Brackley site. The role involves laminating and tooling across a range of products, with a focus on accurate drawings and route card instructions. You will help improve quality and efficiency while keeping the department clean and safe.

Familiarity with prepregs and autoclave processes is essential. This is a day shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:30).

We have opportunities for experienced laminators to join our company at our Brackley site. We work to the highest standards and our Laminating team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas.

This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
