Job summary

Verify Europe is seeking two experienced CMM Programmers / Quality Inspectors for a temporary on-site assignment in Gloucestershire. You will program and operate Mitutoyo CMMs using MCOSMOS or Aberlink, create new programmes from drawings, and conduct First Article and production inspections with precise reporting.

Candidates should interpret drawings and tolerances, set up components, and record dimensional results while maintaining strict quality practices for customer products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CMM Programmer or Dimensional Inspector.
• Ability to create CMM programs from engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and dimensional inspection.
• Competent in programming with Mitutoyo MCOSMOS or Aberlink.
• Experience with MahrSurf or Contracer is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings, tolerances, and inspection requirements.
• Create, prove out, and run CMM programs using MCOSMOS or Aberlink.
• Set up and inspect components on CMMs, including manual measurements when needed.
• Complete First Article and production inspection support with accurate reporting.
• Record measurements and generate clear inspection reports.
• Record non-conformances with drawing requirements and specs.
• Maintain robust inspection practices across customer products.
