Slater & Gordon is recruiting an experienced Lawyer to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team. The role involves handling complex cases arising from misdiagnosis or failure to diagnose, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, surgical errors and incorrect treatment.

You will manage your own caseload, including litigated matters, provide clear client advice with empathy, and support the wider team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with clinical negligence experience.
• Experience managing own caseload including litigated matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clinical negligence files through to trial.
• Provide clear advice and updates to clients and their families.
• Collaborate with paralegals and assistants to support the team.
