Job summary

Slater Gordon is seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to support a specialist team in managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters. Work alongside experienced solicitors and other legal professionals to prepare cases, draft documents, and handle correspondence.

The role requires organised, communicative individuals with a genuine interest in clinical negligence and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in a hybrid setup with some office-based days.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally in clinical negligence or personal injury.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in clinical negligence and helping clients achieve justice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting solicitors with case preparation, drafting documents, and managing correspondence.
• Conducting legal research and preparing court bundles.
• Liaising with clients, experts, and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate case records and progressing files efficiently.
