Job summary

Thompsons Solicitors is seeking dedicated Clinical Negligence lawyers at all levels to join our specialist team. Manage your own high-value, multi-track caseload from interview to resolution, handling complex claims with professionalism and client care.

You will support senior colleagues on higher-value cases, work with a collaborative team, and enjoy a strong benefits package including a substantial car allowance, pension, life cover, and health support.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing complex clinical negligence claims.
Supervisory experience with ability to support and develop colleagues.
Confidence in identifying and driving key medico‑legal issues.
Excellent communication and commitment to exceptional client care.

Responsibilities

Manage your own high-value, multi-track clinical negligence caseload from interview to resolution.
Handle complex claims with skill, empathy and sound strategic judgement.
Assist senior colleagues with higher-value and more complex cases.
