Choice Care is expanding in Blackburn with Darwen and seeks caring individuals to join our team. You must have experience in adult social care, own a car, and be ready for regular scheduled shifts in the local area. You will help clients live independently with dignity and safety.

Excellent written and spoken English is essential to record daily care, understand care plans and manage risk assessments. Training is provided, with progression to NVQ Level 2/3 as you advance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in adult social care.
• Driver with own car.
• Excellent written and spoken English to record care details and understand care plans.
• Able to work alternate weekends and during the week.
• Progression to NVQ Level 2/3 after probation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care in clients' homes with dignity.
• Make daily care records and follow care plans.
• Administer medications as required and assess risks.
• Attend training and pursue NVQ qualifications.
