Job summary

Bodnant Joinery Ltd in the Conwy Valley, North Wales, is seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join our workshop team. You will manufacture and assemble bespoke timber joinery—from windows and doors to staircases and fitted furniture—working from technical drawings.

This hands-on role requires at least 3 years' bench joinery experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read drawings with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' relevant bench joinery experience.
• Proven experience manufacturing bespoke timber joinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good practical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble timber joinery from drawings.
• Read and work from technical drawings and job information.
• Set out, cut, machine and assemble timber components accurately.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
