EDP in Scotland seeks an experienced Asbestos Consultant to join a respected team delivering risk management across sectors. You will conduct surveys, reinspections, air monitoring, and advise on compliance, producing clear reports and maintaining strong client relationships in a hybrid on-site role.

The position offers a salary of £30,000–£34,000 with a company car, overtime and travel pay, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• BOHS P-Certifications or equivalent required.
• At least 12 months UKAS-accredited asbestos experience.
• Full manual UK driving license and travel willingness.
• Flexibility for weekends/unsocial hours as needed.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct asbestos surveys, reinspections and bulk sampling.
• Air monitoring and issuing Certificates of Re-occupation & Statements of Cleanliness.
• Advise clients on compliance, regulations and remediation.
• Produce clear, accurate reports and quality documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and service excellence.

Kenntnisse

BOHS P-Certifications or Equivalent

Full UK driving license
