Job summary

EDP is seeking an experienced Asbestos Consultant to join a growing UK-wide team in Stratford-upon-Avon. You’ll deliver surveys, reinspections, and bulk sampling, while advising clients on compliance and remediation.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and strong client relationships. You’ll work primarily on-site with occasional office/home days, supported by a collaborative, proactive environment and clear progression into leadership and training opportunities within a respected

Qualifications

• BOHS P-Certifications or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 months UKAS-accredited experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Flexibility to work weekends/unsocial hours as needed.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using handheld devices and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos surveys, reinspections, and bulk sampling.
• Air monitoring and issuing Certificates of Re-occupation & Statements of Cleanliness.
• Advising clients on compliance, regulations and remediation.
• Producing clear, accurate reports and quality documentation.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring service excellence.
