Job summary

EDP, a leading UK asbestos services provider, is seeking an experienced Asbestos Consultant to join a dynamic, client-focused team. The role covers nationwide and local client work, delivering surveys, reinspections, sampling, air monitoring, and compliance advisory services.

You will produce reports, build client relationships, and contribute to a culture of excellence. Hybrid working offered with on-site emphasis and occasional home/office days.

Qualifications

• BOHS P-Certifications or Equivalent required.
• At least 12 months of UKAS-accredited experience.
• Full manual UK driving license and willingness to travel.
• Flexibility to work weekends/unsocial hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality asbestos consultancy services to national and local clients across sectors.
• Conduct asbestos surveys, reinspections, and bulk sampling.
• Carry out air monitoring and issue Certificates of Re-occupation & Statements of Cleanliness.
• Advise clients on compliance, regulations, and remediation strategies.
• Produce clear, accurate reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.
