Hays are delighted to assist a successful Ayrshire-based architectural practice as they grow their team following several project wins. The practice works across distilleries, heritage and visitor centres, commercial offices, social housing, and sport & leisure developments throughout Scotland.

Whether you're an experienced Part II, recently qualified Architect, or Architectural Technologist, you will gain hands-on design experience and contribute to delivering projects across multiple sectors

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Minimum 3 years' UK-based architectural practice experience.
• Experience across multiple RIBA stages.
• Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Strong design skills and ability to translate concepts into technical solutions.
• Sound understanding of Scottish planning and building regulations.
• Proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on design experience across diverse sectors.
• Contribute to project delivery across multiple sectors.
• Work on projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with the team across Scotland.
