Job summary

Denham Youd Ltd in Ayr is seeking a Project Architect, Technologist or Experienced Part 2 to work on diverse projects across sectors in Ayrshire. The role offers hybrid working and a supportive team environment.

Candidate should have Archicad/Revit proficiency, a minimum of 3 years practice, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate well with colleagues, consultants and clients. Excellent design skills and knowledge of planning and Building Warrant systems are valued.

• Proficiency in Archicad/Revit experience
• Minimum 3 years practice experience, with the ability to demonstrate meaningful contributions at all RIBA Stages

• The ability to communicate well as part of a team with colleagues, consultants and clients
• Strong Design Skills and an ability to convert to technical drawing packages
• Working knowledge of the Planning and Building Warrant system
