Get Staff is seeking a Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Sussex/South East region team. The role covers commercial sites with installation, service, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems, with a focus on high-quality workmanship and regulatory compliance.

Offering a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary £37k-£41k, overtime opportunities, company vehicle, pension and holidays, plus ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in air conditioning service and installation.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience working within commercial environments (offices, gyms, retail, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation of a wide range of air conditioning systems.
• Perform service, maintenance, and repair work across commercial sites.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations.
• Take responsibility for the quality of work delivered on-site.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Complete all relevant job documentation accurately.
• Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team
