Job summary

Experience with Heidenhain controls (TNC 640 preferred) and CAM programming is highly desirable. The role requires reading complex drawings, setting up jobs, selecting tooling, and maintaining safety and quality standards on tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Experience operating large-format 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Proficiency with Heidenhain TNC 640 controls.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Experience with CAM-generated programs preferred.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Capable of setting up jobs, selecting tooling and machining strategies.
• Able to work independently and meet production deadlines.
