Experience Strategy Director

Key information:

  • Initial 12-month fixed-term contract
  • Salary in the region of £90,000 - £[amount], per annum pro rata DOE
  • Hybrid working as standard - typically 3 days in the office per week
  • Full-time 5 days per week, or part-time 4 days per week
  • Central London location

Overview:
We seek an entrepreneurial Experience Strategy Director to lead CX opportunities and deliver strategic work for clients in a highly creative environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end experience strategy, turning data into actionable CX insights
  • Lead research agendas and collaborate with teams to optimize consumer experiences
  • Develop briefs from insights to grow client brands and articulate their benefits
  • Represent CX in client meetings, leading workshops and presentations

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in consumer experience for global clients
  • Skilled in creating experience maps and developing creative briefs
  • Data savvy with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to influence strategic direction and multitask
  • Open to travel within the UK and Europe for meetings

Interviews / start:

Interviews planned over October, with an ideal start date in Nov / Dec.
