  • Be comfortable in leading and taking ownership across projects and initiatives. Bringing teams together to drive momentum, keep to strict timelines and keeping key stakeholders informed.
Behaviours we like to see:
  • Use initiative to take the lead on complex design solutions across end to end experiences whilst driving consistency and alignment
  • Own and drive outcomes based on user needs and business goals, be close to and understand data, performance and insights.

  • Adaptable to changing priorities, complexity and unknowns
Essential Criteria:
  • Experience designing for App or Web
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams
  • Ability to align UI and UX patterns across multiple designers
  • Strong stakeholder management skills within a large, matrix organisation
  • Experience mentoring junior members of the team
Support we will provide:
  • A thriving design culture, opportunity to discuss and share work with open, collaborative feedback
  • A mature design system and set of standards to work with
