This 1:1 role supports a pupil with an EHCP, with potential to assist in the SEND classroom and collaborate with teachers to deliver inclusive lessons.

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? A welcoming and nurturing primary school in the heart of Saltash is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
This rewarding role will involve providing 1:1 support for a pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), helping them to access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
In addition to supporting the pupil on a 1:1 basis, there may be opportunities to work within the school's dedicated SEND classroom, assisting a small group of pupils with additional learning needs and supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
