Job summary

Spectrum Control in Gloucester is seeking an organised Expeditor / Junior Buyer to support procurement, shipping and supply chain activities. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials and products.

The role covers expediting purchase orders, managing delivery dates, raising orders in ERP, and assisting with shipping documentation. Training will be provided; office-based role in Gloucester with no home working.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good numerical accuracy and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day expediting of open purchase orders and monitor overdue lines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm progress and deadlines.
• Assist with PO creation, shipping documentation and domestic/international shipments.
• Maintain ERP data and support logistics and procurement activities.
