Job summary

Spectrum Control in Gloucester seeks a highly organized Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to support procurement, shipping and supply chain activities. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include expediting purchase orders, updating delivery dates, onboarding suppliers, and managing shipping paperwork for domestic and international shipments. Office-based role in Gloucester.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supplier Management: expediting open purchase orders and prioritising items affecting production or inventory.
• Obtain, verify and record supplier order acknowledgements and delivery dates.
• Monitor overdue and due-soon PO lines and follow up to avoid missed deliveries.
• Assist with supplier onboarding and resolve order, delivery, quality and invoice queries.
• Arrange collections and preparation of shipping documentation; coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain ERP data on suppliers, pricing and lead times.
