Are you an ambitious Share Schemes Manager or Senior Manager looking for a new challenge?

I’m delighted to present this exciting Share Schemes Manager/Senior Manager role. This position can be part-time (3 days+ a week) or full-time.

This is a key hire for a business aiming to double its revenue over the next few years. The role supports both small and medium-sized businesses and listed companies. It can be based in Bristol, where most of the team is located, or London, an area identified for growth and opportunity. The role suits someone currently at a Top 10 firm or a Big 4 firm who enjoys managing client relationships, developing junior team members, and engaging in business development. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and empowered to take responsibility and contribute to the team’s success. Experienced Managers or those aspiring to Senior Manager level will be considered, with opportunities for progression, a competitive salary, and flexible work-life balance options, including up to 15 additional holiday days annually.
