SharkNinja is seeking an SEO Manager for Expansion Markets in London (Battersea Power Station). This hybrid role focuses on improving organic visibility and revenue across traditional, merchandising, and AI-driven search.

You will collaborate with content, merchandising, UX, product, and performance teams to translate data into actionable business outcomes. The role requires 4+ years in ecommerce content SEO, strong knowledge of SEO best practices, and proficiency with Google Console, SEMrush,

Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on content SEO experience in an ecommerce environment.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of content SEO best practice.
• Confident use of Google Search Console, SEMrush, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and PowerBI.
• Familiarity with AEO practices: featured snippets and related concepts.
• Fluent in at least one additional language; Spanish, Dutch or Italian desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of our SEO strategy in expansion markets with local nuances.
• Optimize on-page elements, including copy, meta content, headers and internal linking.
• Own the organic blog and content roadmap to build topical authority.
• Identify content gaps via competitor analysis and search demand data.
• Collaborate with copywriters and compliance to ensure content meets search intent.
• Coordinate with PR for link-building and performance teams to maximise discoverability.
• Support paid media by aligning search strategies with creative and performance teams.
• Stay up to date with search engine updates and adapt strategies to maintain rankings.
• Develop guardrails for AI-informed content to meet guidelines.
