Job summary

OnFife, Kirkcaldy Galleries base, is seeking a Curator (Exhibitions) to join our team on a permanent, 36-hour week. You will curate, co-curate, install and evaluate engaging exhibitions across Fife’s Museums & Galleries while collaborating with local communities.

You’ll have 3+ years’ exhibition experience, a degree in a relevant discipline, and a collaborative approach. PVG check is paid by OnFife; closing date 5 November 2026.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Museums/Galleries exhibitions experience.
• Experience interpreting collections for diverse audiences.
• Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Curate and co-curate high-quality exhibitions and displays.
• Install and evaluate engaging exhibitions across venues.
• Work with communities and partners to inspire heritage interest.
• Support delivery and development of OnFife services.
