Job summary

Disrupt Talent is recruiting for a Birmingham-based role within a well established provider of project managed AV rental and staging services. The position blends client account management with hands-on project and technical delivery for a portfolio of stand builder and exhibition organiser clients.

You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard, while also supporting with planning and on-site delivery across events

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client-facing roles within events/exhibitions/AV.
• Experience handling live event budgets and technical requirements.
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of stand builder and exhibition clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for timely delivery.
• Oversee on-site delivery, health and safety, and post-event review.
