Job summary

Tate Liverpool is seeking a proactive project-support role within the exhibition team. You will assist the Art Handling Manager with installation scheduling and contribute to exhibition planning research and development.

You will coordinate specialists across project teams, help Curators deliver our programme of exhibitions, and input into installation planning. Strong organisation, clear communication, budget awareness and teamwork in a busy, collaborative museum environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and clear communication skills.
• Experience in budget management and procurement procedures.
• Flexible, resilient, and able to work in a complex project-based environment.
• Practical understanding of museum or gallery operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Art Handling Manager in the scheduling of installation work.
