Job summary

Tate Liverpool is a world-class gallery in the North of England, welcoming visitors to its modern and contemporary art programme. This role supports the Art Handling Manager with installation scheduling and helps develop exhibition planning ideas, coordinating specialist teams across multiple projects.

You will work closely with curators to deliver the gallery’s exhibitions and displays, assess priorities, and contribute to installation planning in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and clear communication skills.
• Experience supporting in exhibition planning or project coordination.
• Ability to assess priorities and input into installation planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the Art Handling Manager in scheduling installation work.
• Support research and development of exhibition planning.
• Coordinate the activity of specialists within project teams.
• Assist Curators in delivering Tate Liverpool's programme of exhibitions and displays.
