You will report works using a PDA, maintain high customer satisfaction, and manage your workload with professionalism. Suitable candidates hold NVQ Level 2 in gas heating and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held and valid.
• Solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations.
• Experience with gas servicing and minor heating repairs.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work on-call rota if required.

Responsibilities

• Complete annual gas servicing and minor heating repairs following safety guidelines and specifications.
• Be available for out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain safety standards.
• Record and report works using a PDA and document incidents or hazards.
• Adapt to varied schedules and work with a diverse range of customers.
