Your Role
Completion of annual gas servicing & minor heating repairs working to health & safety guidelines, safe working practices, and gas safety regulations.
Must be available for out-of-hours call‑outs on a rota basis.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and safety.
Report and complete works using your PDA.
Report accidents, near‑miss events, and potential hazards.
Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules.
