Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the advice and investment process.
• Liaise with providers and clients via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face contact.
• Organise and manage administration tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and records remain compliant.
• Support client meetings with preparation, documentation, and client care.
