Job summary

Cathedral Appointments Ltd in Exeter is seeking a motivated Financial Services Administrator to join its established team. This permanent, full-time role supports client journeys from initial contact through ongoing service delivery, working closely with advisers, paraplanners and investment teams to maintain high standards of care and accuracy.

The position offers a competitive salary up to £35,000 DOE, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off, on-site parking and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Liaise with providers and clients via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face contact.

An established and award-winning financial services firm, based in Exeter, is seeking a motivated and professional Financial Services Administrator to join its growing team. The company takes pride in offering clients a bespoke, highly personalised service across investments, pensions, and tax planning, delivered with integrity and efficiency.

The Role

This is a permanent, full-time position where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the client journey from initial contact through to ongoing service delivery. Working closely with advisers, paraplanners, and investment teams, this individual will ensure high standards of client care, accuracy, and operational excellence.
