Job summary

Belong is seeking an Exercise Specialist for our Village in Birkdale near Southampton. You will lead, organise and deliver inclusive exercise activities to improve health and wellbeing, especially for older adults and those with long‑term illness.

As a qualified Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer with Level 3 Exercise Referral or equivalent, you will design programmes, work with GPs and care teams, and ensure safe execution. DBS is required; full-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Exercise Referral (GP referral) qualification or equivalent.
• Level 3 Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer qualification.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver a professional standard of exercise to the older generation.
• Organise and deliver a range of exercise activities across the village.
