Belong in Birkdale is looking for an Experience Coordinator to lead a diverse programme of activities for residents and visitors in our village. You will plan, deliver and promote occupational, therapeutic, social and cultural activities to enrich daily life.

You will supervise a small team, schedule events, and collaborate with local community groups to create meaningful experiences for individuals and groups, including evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in activity coordination or care setting.
• Ability to plan and schedule group and 1-2-1 activities.
• Ability to engage with community groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide and promote a wide range of activities for residents and visitors.
• Lead a team to implement events that meet individual needs.
