Merlin Entertainments in London seeks a Technology Operations Senior Technician to deliver premium IT support for executives and meetings, ensuring seamless AV and collaboration across the London office.

You will manage meeting room technology, perform regular maintenance, and collaborate with vendors to optimise setups while championing best practices for executive tech support and security.

Qualifications

• VIP or executive-level IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems and video conferencing platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room hardware.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with discretion.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Ability to drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove IT support to executives and leadership teams.
• Provide on-site and remote assistance for executive meetings and events.
• Act as the primary contact for urgent executive technology needs.
• Own meeting room technology including video conferencing and displays.
• Perform health checks, firmware updates, and maintenance on AV systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades and optimisations.
• Develop SOPs for meeting room technology and executive support.
• Share knowledge and train colleagues on AV best practices.
• Respond promptly to incidents impacting executive meetings or VIP users.
• Document issues and resolutions following ITIL standards.
