Job summary

M+C Saatchi Group in London is seeking an AV & IT Support Engineer to join the Workplace Operations team. This hands-on role ensures meeting rooms, audio-visual tech, events and IT services run seamlessly across the Group, delivering exceptional support to employees, clients and visitors.

You will work with internal teams and external suppliers, manage AV setup for meetings and off-site pitches, provide 1st/2nd line IT support, and help maintain infrastructure and data security.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Teams Rooms and AV tech, CTS certification.
• Understanding IT networks behind AV equipment, including QSys/Logitech.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or knowledge of ITIL incident management.
• Strong customer service and ability to explain tech without jargon.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, support and maintain meeting rooms (Microsoft Teams Rooms).
• Lead planning and support for internal/external events and pitches across London.
• Manage digital signage and office AV for events and presentations.
• Ensure AV/IT equipment is in working order and report faults.
