Foundry is seeking an Executive Business Partner to amplify the effectiveness of the Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the CEO, this role partners with ELT to keep strategy moving, decisions fast, and initiatives aligned across a technically-led business.

You will manage the ELT calendar, coordinate global All Hands, travel, and board engagements, and turn high-level plans into actionable execution. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, commercially aware, and thrives in

Qualificações

• Proven experience partnering with C-suite or senior executive leadership to synthesize information.
• Strong organizational skills and systems mindset.
• High EQ and discretion handling confidential information.
• Bias for action, proactive, self-starter.
• Exceptional judgment; know when to act independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication, CEO-level drafting.
• Proficient with collaboration and project management tools.
• Degree in Business or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the ELT to align time with strategic goals.
• Own ELT operating cadence and meeting schedules.
• Maintain a single source of truth on objectives.
• Turn ELT inputs into actionable plans with owners.
• Prepare and run monthly All-Hands and leadership offsites.
• Improve business processes and remove bottlenecks.
• Manage ELT day-to-day calendar and travel.
• Coordinate meeting logistics for global sessions.
