Amazon Business UK is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to own relationships with central government departments and agencies. You will shape the UK Gov vertical strategy, lead high-stakes commercial conversations, and drive multi-year partnerships rooted in mission and digital agendas across the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Own C-suite relationships across central government departments and agencies.
• Grow a portfolio of high-value public sector customers including authorities.
• Lead high-stakes commercial and strategic conversations autonomously.
• Shape the UK Gov vertical strategy with the team lead.
• Evolve procurement framework knowledge and governance.
• Engage with regional authorities and devolved budgets where applicable.
• Own strategic planning and accurate forecasting for UK Gov accounts.
• Advise on Amazon Business solutions to surface new opportunities.
• Mentor junior Account Managers and lift team performance.
• Maintain deep expertise on public sector procurement landscapes.
