The Role of a Headhunter:

Being a headhunter is a unique and rewarding job. It primarily involves sales, business development, and key account management.

You will manage client relationships with leading brands, innovative start-ups, and private equity firms. Your role includes sourcing top talent and supporting their transition to new roles.

You will also build a network of talented candidates within your specialist industry, actively pursuing and identifying career opportunities for them.

The starting salary is £26,000, with graduates earning over £100,000 in their first year. There are opportunities for rapid progression, with some Consultants advancing to Management within 12-18 months.
