I’m looking for Executive Search Recruiters specialising in either Finance or Marketing leadership placements to support my clients’ exclusive searches for top-tier talent, including mandates such as: VP Finance, CFO, Director of FP&A / VP Marketing, Director of Demand Gen, CMO.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years in senior or executive-level recruitment (experience in cyber, tech, finance or SaaS is a bonus)
• A proven track record of placing leadership talent
• Ability to build and manage high-trust relationships with global stakeholders
• Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a collaborative spirit

I’m not looking for transactional recruiters. This business hires ambitious, relationship-driven people who want to double their billings, deliver impact, and thrive in a performance-led but supportive culture.
