Job summary

Fair Recruitment Limited is seeking an Entry-Level Executive Search Associate to join our growing tech-focused team in London. You will work with senior consultants to identify and engage candidates for C-suite and senior leadership roles.

You will conduct market research, source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, and help prepare client proposals and candidate profiles. The role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path for progression in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate (or up to 3 years of work experience).
• Strong interest in the tech industry and executive search/recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct research, analyse data, and produce clear reports.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles is a plus, but not essential.
