Job summary

Netflix is seeking an Executive Researcher to join our in-house EMEA Talent Acquisition team. You will identify, engage, and attract exceptional executive-level talent within the region, reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – EMEA.

Qualifications

Experience in international executive search or in-house executive recruitment.
Ability to design and execute effective sourcing strategies for executive roles.
Strong partnership with TA leaders and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated communication excellence in candidate engagements and partner interactions.
Culture ambassador with ability to evaluate alignment with Netflix culture.

Responsibilities

Monitor executive moves, realignments, conferences, and diversity orgs to identify networking opportunities.
Curate lists of top leaders for executive events and pipelines.
Match candidate profiles to roles using strong business judgment.
Collaborate with an Executive Candidate Experience Specialist to ensure excellent candidate experience.
Partner with Inclusion Recruiting Programs & Talent Intelligence to build pipelines for networking events.
Share knowledge and best practices with industry colleagues in executive search.
