Job Description

Portico is currently recruiting for an Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive), based at the Central London offices of one of the largest law firms in the world.

As a Client Support Executive, you will work across all areas of Client Support, from providing a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests, to assisting with booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events. You will also handle other ad-hoc daily tasks and requests via email, phone, and the service desk app.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £31,200

FTC - 9 months Maternity Cover

Qualifications

Applicants should have a bubbly personality and excellent people skills to build long-lasting relationships. Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and manage their day effectively to meet the needs of visiting guests, room bookings, and events management are essential.

Experience of delivering 5-star service within a busy corporate or hotel environment is required. Experience in a client services role and previous experience in a law firm would be advantageous.
