Job Opportunity: Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive)

Location: Central London offices of one of the largest law firms in the world.

Role Overview: As a Client Support Executive, you will work across all areas of client support, including providing a friendly welcome to visitors and guests, assisting with booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events, and handling other daily tasks via email, phone, and the service desk app.

Hours and Salary: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Salary: £31,200.

Candidate Profile: Applicants must have a bubbly personality and excellent people skills to build long-lasting relationships. Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and manage their day effectively to meet the needs of guests, room bookings, and events is essential.

Experience Requirements: Experience delivering 5-star service within a busy corporate or hotel environment is essential. Experience in a client services role and previous experience in a law firm would be advantageous.
