Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the London HQ Riverside project within Global Security / Global Real Estate.

You will partner with security, real estate, and technology to define outcomes, manage dependencies, and ensure readiness and controlled delivery. The role focuses on security strategy implementation for the new London headquarters at Riverside, Canary Wharf, reporting to regional leadership and coordinating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience with security design and implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of Information Security (physical and logical).
• Expert project management skills (Agile & Waterfall).
• Experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of CPTED or equivalent security design standards.
• Knowledge of physical security technology (PSIM, PIAM, PACS, VMS, etc.).
• Strong leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical security concepts to diverse audiences.
• High adaptability to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Executive Director-level programme leadership for the London HQ project, including governance and planning.
• Collaborate with GS, Real Estate, Technology to achieve security objectives.
• Translate strategic security objectives into an executable delivery roadmap.
• Onboard a design consultant and oversee security design development and implementation.
• Establish governance and resources for all security-related aspects of the project.
• Communicate and escalate overall program status, plans, issues and risks.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics aligning scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Partner with global and regional managers to ensure best practices in integrating security solutions.
