Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a comprehensive launch roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, Risk & Controls, and vendors to define scope and success criteria.
• Establish and manage program governance structures including steering committees and working groups.
• Oversee design, development, and integration approaches ensuring regulatory and security compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to new product enablement and execution.
• Drive end-to-end execution of the launch, tracking timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
• Deliver regular status reports to senior management with insights and mitigation actions.
